"My wife and I leave glowing, and we look forward to the next class.”
"We are both so pleased to have found Cassie's yoga class. She is an intuitive person who cares about each individual's needs and goals. Each class she comes prepared with a detailed plan to accomplish. Cassie is also flexible to adjustments if and when any person has an individual concern like an injury or a stored emotion they are looking to release. My wife and I leave glowing, and we look forward to the next class."

"Cassie makes the environment of her studio so inviting.”
I've been a student of Cassie for approximately 4 months and all I can say is that she is amazing.
I live with chronic pain from an autoimmune disease (Lupus & Fibromyalgia). Before meeting Cassie, I resigned myself that I would have to live with chronic pain daily. Not only does this diagnosis affect you physically, but it’s also emotionally & mentally draining.
Since I began my wellness journey with Cassie, my body feels stronger and more flexible, but also emotionally and spiritually I feel hopeful. Cassie's opening and closing of her yoga class with Mindful Meditation leaves my body and spirit refreshed.
I appreciate how Cassie takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable and gives you a background history of the various yoga poses and how it benefits your body.
Cassie makes the environment of her studio so inviting. The warm smell of Sage, Lavender & Palo Santo makes you feel welcomed. She also has an amazing sense of humor and a bangin' playlist to boot.
I could go on and on, but long story short; Give Cassie a try. You'll walk out of her studio feeling like a million bucks.

"Cassie teaches the truest sense of yoga”
I have heard that yoga means the joining of the mind and body. That is how Cassie teaches her yoga classes. She teaches yoga in its truest sense by using the breath to join the mind and the body. We tend to separate them. I have taken more than a few yoga classes, and in my experience the classes were mostly approached from an aerobic exercise format. That approach left me disillusioned.
Cassie teaches the truest sense of yoga by encouraging her students to listen to one’s body and focus on breathing while doing the postures. She helps you to understand how important the breath is to your well.being, both physically and mentally. Her sense of humor and genuineness come through in her teaching. She is easy to relate to because she promotes positive energy. I truly enjoy her classes and the other students look forward to attending them.

"You may find your home with Cassie”
"Cassie’s classes are deeply nourishing, helping me move more easily in ways my body was designed to move. She quickly adapts to meet me where I am and reminds me, “It’s about connection, not perfection.”
She’s authentic, easy to work with, pays attention to how I’m interpreting the movements, and has a great, irreverent sense of humor while simultaneously having reverence for our practice and for life. If you’ve ever felt you didn’t quite belong in other yoga / movement classes, you may find your home with Cassie."

"Cassie took the time to find out exactly where I am in this stage of my life”
"A more inward approach, was my take away after my first session with Cassie. Not only did I learn proper breath and balance techniques, I also had the opportunity to reach into my being and feel things that I had not felt before.
I appreciate that Cassie took the time to find out exactly where I am in this stage of my life and based the session off of that conversation. A true mind, body and soul experience that I would recommend to anyone who is really ready to LIVE in this body that has been gifted to us, like she says. This body that does what we need it to do when we need it to do it. But what about how we treat our bodies? How do we show gratitude for our bodies? This is why her services are so necessary. Especially in this time."

"She’s at once grounded and sacred, but also irreverent and humorous”
”It’s a treat to work with Cassie. Her knowledge, attentiveness and flexibility help me feel cared for in a way I’ve never experienced with a teacher. She’s at once grounded and sacred, but also irreverent and humorous - which is honestly a perfect blend for me. I don’t know if she’s for everyone but if she IS for you, you’re going to have a special experience and do some transformative work.”

"She offers a space outside of the dominant, mainstream, and commercial paradigm.”
I have been in the health and wellness industry for over 25 years as a medical massage therapist and educator. I have found it hard to find a yoga teacher that I felt embodied an authentic, humble, and clear voice. Since working with Cassie I have been surprised by the powerful, but subtle shifts in how I move through my day more embodied and aware. This new vantage has given me more resources to show up for myself and others in ways that do not leave me feeling depleted.
Cassie's style is more aligned with the rhythms of traditional relationships and real life. Her sincere and clear spirit shines through with a no-nonsense approach that leaves me feeling safe and strong. She does not ask anything of others that she is not willing to do herself. This creates a feeling of authentic accountability to the process because I respect her. She offers a space outside of the dominant, mainstream, and commercial paradigm.
I am so grateful that a space like this exists where I can show up and not feel embarrassed or pressured to be anything other than a person struggling to be my best.
I am happy to have someone that I can refer my patients and friends to when they ask about nutrition, meditation, yoga and strength training.
