Nutrition Philosophy & Cooking Classes
What we eat plays a tremendous role in how we feel.
As with all of our lifestyle choices, what and how we choose to eat is a very personal decision. There are, however, foundational facts regarding nutrition that we can all use to guide our choices as we pursue healthier lives and bodies. Increasing water intake, incorporating more fruits and vegetables, and foregoing processed foods in exchange for Whole Foods are prime examples.
Knowing what and how to cook can be a challenge in a culture so heavily reliant on take-out and boxed goods. Cooking classes that incorporate basic nutrition philosophy and meal prepping can help support and inspire you as you discover what works best for you, your body, and your palette.
All Cooking Classes are available as online sessions only, with the exception of long-standing clients who have purchased packages or group bookings.
