About Cassie Schinto
As a Holistic Lifestyle Coach Cassie assists clients in cultivating the space, awareness, and connection required for optimal living. The range of sessions she offers reflects her passion for stoking the flames of radical self-love and fostering connection between the mind, body and spirit through the power of intentional breath, movement, and nutrition.
Cassie has cultivated her personal yoga-centered health and wellness practice for over 23 years. Submitting to Spirit and her own constitution throughout her Journey, while remaining open to the beauty, lessons, and challenges of life, remains a grounding and empowering touchstone in both her personal practice and teaching.
Being largely self-taught and fundamentally anti-institution, Cassie has coaching and teaching styles that are more relational than hierarchical, more organic than linear, and they encourage clients to cultivate their self-awareness and autonomy— in their bodies, and in the world.
About The Teachings
Mobility, flexibility, and foundational strength training provide the space and guidance necessary to decrease chronic pain, improve mind-muscle connections and ultimately become your strongest self. Yoga sessions engage the mind, body and spirit in a slower, deeper conversation by way of breathwork, meditation, and asana; making way for great shifts in the physical body systems, as well as the emotional and spiritual bodies. Cooking classes and nutrition counseling center food as a celebration of life and vital component of feeling and living optimally.
All classes are trauma informed and taught in an integrative and accessible way. While some classes and series are designed for specific populations (the series for chronic pain and autoimmune disorders, for instance) EVERYONE IS WELCOME, ALWAYS.
If you have any concerns regarding sensory sensitivities (music, smells/smoke, heat, etc), the use of straps during class, pronoun specifications, or anything else - please feel free to contact Cassie via email, text, or phone call prior to class.
